Shipping

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes! We are only able to use USPS so there will not be an expedited shipping option for P.O. boxes.

What shipping options are available?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States $75 and over. Orders under $75 will be charged a flat $5 fee. 

Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territory shipping will be calculated at checkout

Expedited options will be shipped with FedEx and the pricing will be dependent on where and what items are in the order. This will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship almost everywhere in the world. Shipping costs and timelines will be calculated at checkout. Duties will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

If delivery is refused and is returned to the sender, your order will be refunded less the original shipping costs.

The tracking shows delivered, but I don’t have my package?

Occasionally, a carrier will mark a package as delivered before it’s been physically dropped off. Please allow 3 business days after the tracking shows delivered before reaching out. 

In that time, please look around the outside of your home, with neighbors, and the mailroom to see if it was put somewhere it wasn't supposed to. 

If it still doesn’t turn up after 3 business days, please reach out to contact@hwpotraining.com and we can work on a resolution which could require filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I make a return/exchange?

UNITED STATES

To be eligible for a return/exchange items must be in new, unworn condition. Return for a refund will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return for store credit or exchange will be accepted within 60 days of purchase. 

To initiate a return, you’ll need your order number and the shipping zip code. The order number can be found in the confirmation email or on the packing slip delivered with the order. 

Please allow up to 10 days for a refund to be posted once the item has been received back at our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL

International customers or customers in U.S. territories are responsible for return shipping. Please send your return package to the below address:

Please ensure you keep the return tracking number. Inside the return, please include your full name, order number, and email address. Outbound shipping and import duties/VAT are not refundable. 

Please note, that we are unable to process exchanges for international orders.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you've received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team at contact@hwpotraining.comwith your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).

ORDERS

Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking email once your order has left our warehouse. Please note, it can take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in different packages. You will receive a tracking email for each shipment.

When will my order ship?

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 pm CST. Most orders placed prior to 2pm CST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped the following business day.

Pre-order shipping timelines will be communicated at checkout.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Our warehouse team is hard at work getting orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to change or cancel orders. If you ordered the wrong item, we offer free returns here.
